Moonstone is a variety of feldspar with a pearly and opalescent lustre - an internal light ranging from whites to blues.

The Roman, Greek and Hindu legends believed moonstone was linked with lunar deities. 

Moonstone is known as a stone of 'new beginnings'. It promotes inner clarity, intuition, hope and light. The divine feminine energy in moonstone balances emotions and is associated with female fertility.
