Larvikite

Larvikite takes its name from the town where it is found, Larvik in Norway. It was named Norway's national stone in 2007. It is a popular ornamental exterior stone in buildings. Its colour varies between light grey and very dark grey with clear blue crystals. Larvikite is known as a protective and grounding stone. It is also known to calm the nerves.
