Sunstone

Sunstone gets its name from its warm shades of gold, orange, reds and browns. When held at different angles, sunstone produces bright metallic flashes. This is due to light interacting with small mineral inclusions within the stone.This optical occurrence is known as aventurescence. 

Sunstone is believed to allieviate fearfulness and stress and encourage independence and originality.
