Items are posted within one business day of receiving payment. Items are dispatched by Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery or Hermes 48 hour delivery within the UK, however, other options are available at an additional cost.
Buyers outside of the UK are responsible for paying any customs duties or taxes that may be applicable in that country. The price charged for postage takes into consideration the cost of postage, packaging and our time.
Although lost, damaged or delayed items in the post are the responsibility of the Royal Mail (or other carrier), we will do everything we can to help resolve so please contact us if there are any postal issues. We keep proof of postage for all items. Royal Mail does not consider an item lost until after 15 days (21 days for International delivery). Lost items cannot be claimed for until the 15 days have passed (21 for International deliveries). Please do not leave it longer than 5 weeks to contact us about lost items as we will not be able to help you at such a late stage.
We cannot be held responsible for the length of time it takes for the postal carrier to deliver your order, however, we generally dispatch within one business day of receiving cleared payment.
Items are posted to the address supplied at checkout or the address information held on your PayPal account, so please ensure your account details are up to date or the address information you enter is correct. We cannot be held responsible for any lost items due to an incorrect address. Our dispatch system is now automated so we cannot guarantee that we can amend mistakes in time for dispatch.
Returns are permitted and must be initiated by the buyer within 14 days of receipt. The item must be returned unused and in its original packaging. In order to return an item you must contact us to request the return. Postage will not be refunded and the customer must bear the cost of returning the item, except where the item is found to be faulty or incorrect.
Each item is quality checked before it is dispatched, however, sometimes things can go wrong though this is not often. In the unlikely event that you should have a problem with the item please message us and we will do our very best to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.
We do quality check our beads, however, due to the natural nature and manufacture of the gemstone beads, a few beads on odd strands may contain pit holes, scratches or an error in drilling.
