Do you offer free UK delivery?
Yes, all UK orders come with free delivery, no minimum spend. Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the UK and non‑EU European countries. Due to recent changes in EU import rules, we are unable to ship to EU countries. We also do not ship to the United States due to changes in customs rules. We continue to review these rules so that we can post to all countries again.
Are your gemstone beads ethically sourced?
We work with suppliers whose factories follow fair working conditions, including no child labour and standard working hours (8 hour days). Their facilities are inspected annually by government authorities. Our suppliers do not hold formal ethical‑sourcing certifications, and because materials come from multiple countries, detailed information about mining conditions is not available. We prioritise transparency and share what we can verify.
Are your beads natural?
Most of our beads are natural semi‑precious gemstones. Some may be dyed, heat‑treated, or stabilised which is standard in the bead industry. Any known treatments are listed in the product descriptions.
How quickly will my order be dispatched?
Orders are dispatched Monday through to Friday. Most orders leave by the next working day.
Can I return my order?
