Our gemstone gift set includes 7 tumbled gemstones:

• Rose Quartz 
• Crystal Quartz 
• Lapis Lazuli (natural colour)
• Amethyst 
• White Jade
• Green Aventurine

All stones vary in size ranging from 2-3cms

Each set comes with a drawstring pouch. Sizes are approximate.

Our Talking Stones set consists of gemstones and stones of different varieties, shapes and textures.

All sets will include a gemstone tower point, a gemstone geode or cluster, and an irregular shaped gemstone.

The remaining stones will be made up of gemstones which may include raw stones, tumbled stones, druzies, cabochons, columns, desert roses, and fossil clusters. You will receive 10 items in total.

Each set comes in a box with a guide for use and information about each of the stones.

Talking Stones is a powerful technique that draws on methods related to Personal Construct Psychology and developed from Crosby's (1993) therapeutic work with adults (Wearmouth, 2004). It utilises stones or similar objects to help individuals articulate their perceptions and perspectives (Wearmouth, 2004).

It is can be used by a variety of professionals  including psychologists, counsellors, therapists, teachers, and educators. It is often used in narrative therapy and is an effective means of promoting communication and self-expression in therapy. 

Our guide provides instructions for use, however, we would recommend training in use of this technique and further reading. This set is curated by an HCPC registered practitioner psychologist (Marie Li Psychology Ltd).

1 x natural pink opal gemstone. This is a natural gemstone piece that contains a variety of markings, inclusions and has some rough edges.

Pink opal carries a gentle, nurturing energy that supports emotional healing, compassion, and inner peace. It is often called the stone of love and peace for its ability to soothe the heart and calm the mind.

Our limited edition premium Talking Stones set is presented in a handcrafted wooden box with a delicate metal closure. Inside, each box features a luxurious velvet‑covered insert designed to cushion and showcase the stones. The box measures approximately 19cm x 19cm, with a depth of 7cm.
